I think we all have been conned by Big Brother!

What is wrong? Has every one got one? Is there no one left? There must be someone out there who has not got a Mobile Phone.

Every one I see has one coming out of their head the dreaded Mobile Phone. Men and Women walking up and down the Street crossing the road, shopping, driving, filling their car with petrol, pushing a pram, queuing in shops, queuing in banks, jogging, driving buses, in the hair dressers, in the airport, standing on the street corner, people walking up and down beside their car waving their hands in the air with a mobile in their ear, or the dreaded one person in a shop calling home to see what brand of baked beans they want at home!
Children and adults sending nonsense by text like: Hello what you at? Answer ntng wt y at? What is wrong with everybody? What is everybody saying that is so important……………………? Can it not wait?

What did we do without them how did we live without them? How many nonsense mobile phone calls and texts are made every day throughout the world and how much money is made by the operators?
Before you make your next mobile call think do I need to call this person? Do I need to text this person? Do I need to take a photo of my feet or the back of someone’s head and send it by text to someone who will hardly look at it?

The question we all should be answering is who is winning in all this? Who is making the money? One thing for sure is you are not!

Come on world wake up do we want a world like this?

Well it has really happened N Ireland is at peace but what happened did I miss something it all happened so fast after years and years of fighting suddenly it is all over…so what happened…Here is what people over here really say.1 There was no other choice people were very sick of killing and hatred and no matter what the so called politicians said there was no other way but to have …Peace.2 It could have happened sooner and should have David Trimble and John Hume were right and peace should have come….but the DUP got in the way why? Well hear me out later.3
America called all out war on terrorists and the IRA had no where to go so they had to seek Peace.4 Its all about money and the British Government said Peace or you are all out of a job.5 The Rev I
Paisley would only want it if he was in charge (my way or no way).The troubles in our land has been a terrible mistake by its people thousands of people were killed, maimed and scarred for life why…..well there are two sides to the story……If you were a Protestant many wanted to remain British why? Because that is who they are Ulster people who belong to the
UK they have been brought up British with all its laws, beliefs and ways British.If you were a Roman Catholic many believed that Ireland was Irish and should be united they have an Irish tradition beliefs and ways and believe that N Ireland should not be part of the
UK.At this point I have to say that many on both sides never took part in the troubles and hated anything to do with it although it was hard to live here and watch everything going on lots of descent people lived in fear and said or did nothing.It is sad that so few people had so big a say and wrecked so many lives and the vast majority of people on both sides were powerless to do anything. Fear is a powerful weapon and was used by both sides with great affect. Also Propaganda paid a big part and sadly some people believed everything the heard or wanted to hear and sadly there were many here who wanted to make sure people heard lots of things that were untrue but boosted their case.Why has the Rev
Paisley suddenly changed from never, never and never to all is fine in the garden. Well I suppose we will never know but it is strange that he is No 1 ( First Minister ) has everybody calling with him patting him on the back saying good boy well done you are great etc…………The strange thing is all this was not brought about by the DUP as they claim but was sorted out in the Good Friday Agreement by other people like David Trimble and John Hume to name but a few. Does money talk or power change people I will let you work that out for yourself…………Remember the thousands of innocent people here in
N Ireland who have lost their lives been maimed been hurt deeply and will never be the same again what about them…………..It is very strange that we have people now in Government who partook in a lot of this hurt on both sides and most of them have never said sorry… 

I wonder if the troubles never had happened would
N Ireland have changed naturally would mankind have moved on………….So come on over to N Ireland all is rosy in the garden give Big Ian a ring he might invite you to one of his many parties……………………..

I was just thinking today Why are we here? or better still who put us here in this big world?
I suppose if i could stand up and be really truthful I would say God put us here…
Before you all jump up and start shouting things like there is no God or Rubbish can someone tell me otherwise?
The more I look at life and look at all the things around me and the beauty of nature something must be behind it.
Did we just crawl out of the sea and suddenly wow we are here!…or did someone make everything someone who if we let him will control our lives and help us make sense of it all.
I suppose people would say God did nothing for me…well have you asked him..
I know a bit about football and I know that I can not lift the ball and throw it into the net and scream Goal!!!
Its against the rules how do I know? it is in the rule book! then why do so many people say there is no God but havent read the rulebook the Bible.
If there is a God and as I say i think there is a God why do so many people not believe in him or have no time for him is it because they could not be bothered to read the bible? LOTS OF PEOPLE SAY I have asked God for such and such a thing and got nothing! what do you expect ?
YOU WOULD NOT WALK INTO A STRANGERS HOUSE AND SAY MAKE ME MY TEA OR I AM TAKING THE CAR TONIGHT GIVE ME THE KEYS! why because you do not know the people in that house they are strangers! how then will they ever know God and his goodness unless they read the rulebook and study it and talk to him!.
In todays society we live fast too fast we want everything and we want it now but if you shut your eyes for a few moments in a quiet place sit down in the quiet and listen….that is you thinking! a unique being a one off person there is nobody in the whole world like you that is a big thought! do this for a while and then ask yourself who am I? what am I? did something make me? what is my destiny,
For me it makes scense that God made us and wants us to know about himself he really wants us to read the Bible and understand it. I often think God is shouting at us …over here look over here! its me! find out about me read the rulebook it is not all don’t do this and don’t do that there is a way of life for you I can provide it! don’t look at others! don’t compare me to anyone !find out for yourself you may be suprised what you will find! read the rulebook!
Today is sunny I am in the garden the grass is cut the flowers are blooming the smell of scent fills the air,the insects are going about their business the birds are building nests life goes on
life can be good and life can be hard sometimes very hard…so what is is all about?who are we? what are we? is there meaning to life? why am I here?
